These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 07Sketches website, including https://07sketches.teachable.com/, and the products, courses, digital content and services made available through it.
07Sketches is a brand owned and operated by 07 SKETCHES and, where applicable, its registered legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “07Sketches”, “We” or “Us”). 07Sketches respects the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “You” or “Your”) of our Website, Products and Services (collectively, the “Service”) and is committed to protecting Personal Data and other information collected in connection with the Service.
07Sketches reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Term, at any time without any prior written notice to the Users. It is the Users sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates or changes. The Users continued use of the website and services following the posting of changes shall be deemed to mean that the Borrower accepts and agrees to the revisions. As long as the Users complies with these Terms, 07Sketches grants the Users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use of website/services.
Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the website/services indicates the User agreement to all the terms and conditions under these Terms. User is advised to read these Terms carefully before proceeding. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms, the User also accepts and agrees to be bound by all 07Sketches policies, including but not limited to its Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.
By accessing or using the Website or Services, creating an account, purchasing any product or course, or otherwise engaging with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 07Sketches.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

All e-books, online courses, videos, illustrations, diagrams, templates, drawings, tutorials, guides, downloadable resources and other materials provided by 07Sketches (collectively, the “Content”) are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
The Content is intended to explain architectural, interior design and space-planning concepts and shall not be construed or relied upon as professional, architectural, engineering, construction, structural, legal, safety, surveying, environmental, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, geotechnical or other project-specific advice, design or consultancy. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and undertaking all necessary assessments, approvals, calculations and verifications before applying any information or concepts contained in the Content to an actual project.
07Sketches does not represent or warrant that the Content is suitable for, or should be relied upon in connection with, any particular project, site, structure, jurisdiction or regulatory requirement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS AND PRICING
All prices, payment terms and other charges applicable to Products and Courses will be as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your purchase. Payment must be made through the payment methods made available on the Website or through the applicable third-party payment provider.
A purchase will be considered completed only upon successful confirmation of payment. 07Sketches reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any transaction where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, pricing errors or violation of these Terms. Prices may be changed from time to time. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed, except where a correction is required due to an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.Applicable taxes, duties, charges or other government-imposed amounts may be added to the purchase price where required by law.
Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers, including through the Teachable platform. Such transactions may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.
7. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND COURSE ACCESS
Refunds, cancellations and requests relating to Products or Courses will be governed by the refund or cancellation terms displayed on the Website at the time of purchase and any applicable mandatory rights under law. Unless otherwise expressly stated, digital Products and Courses that have been delivered, accessed or made available to you may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or the applicable payment service provider, subject to its processing procedures. 07Sketches reserves the right to refuse a refund where the applicable refund conditions have not been satisfied, including where access to the relevant Digital Product or Course has been substantially used, downloaded or consumed, except where a refund is required under applicable law. 8. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Purchasing, accessing or using any Product, Course or other Content provided by 07Sketches does not create or establish any architect-client, engineer-client, designer-client, consultant-client, contractor, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint venture or other professional relationship between you and 07Sketches. The Products and Content are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. 07Sketches does not provide professional architectural, engineering, interior design, construction, consultancy or project-management services through the Website or Services.
Nothing contained in the Content shall be construed as the provision of professional services or as a substitute for advice, design, assessment, supervision or approval from an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.
9. INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND VERIFICATION

Information relating to products, materials, dimensions, techniques, standards or practices may change over time. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 07Sketches, its proprietor, authors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:
your breach of these Terms;
your unlawful, unauthorised or improper use of the Website, Products or Content;
your misuse, reproduction, distribution or other unauthorised use of the Content;
your violation of any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
your infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property, privacy or other rights of a third party;

You agree to reasonably cooperate with 07Sketches in the defence of any such claim. 07Sketches reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defence and settlement of any matter subject to indemnification, and you shall not settle any such matter in a manner that imposes liability, admission of wrongdoing or other obligation upon 07Sketches without our prior written consent.
17. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
07Sketches may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website, your account, any Product or Course, or any part of the Services where we reasonably determine that:

you have engaged in unauthorised, fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity;
your use of the Services may cause harm to 07Sketches, other users, third parties or our systems;

07Sketches will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials or from access to your account resulting from your acts or omissions, except to the extent caused by 07Sketches’ failure to comply with its obligations under applicable law. 07Sketches may take reasonable measures to secure accounts and access to the Services, including requiring password changes, restricting access or suspending an account where necessary to protect the security of the Website, Content or users.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, title and interest in and to the Website and its Content, including e-books, Courses, videos, text, illustrations, drawings, diagrams, graphics, templates, worksheets, photographs, layouts, designs, logos, trademarks, branding, audio and other materials, are owned by or licensed to 07Sketches and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase or access to any Product or Course does not transfer to you any ownership or other proprietary interest in the Content or any intellectual property rights contained therein.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the purchased Content solely for your personal, non-commercial and lawful use. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, commercially exploit or otherwise make the Content available to any other person. 07Sketches offers both physical products, including printed books and other hard-copy materials (“Physical Products”), and digital products, including e-books, online Courses, downloadable resources and other digitally delivered materials (“Digital Products”).
21.1 Physical Products
Physical Products are subject to the product description, price, availability, delivery terms and other conditions displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. 07Sketches shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional delivery costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather, public authorities, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk in a Physical Product shall pass in accordance with applicable law and the applicable delivery terms for the relevant purchase.
21.2 Digital Products
Digital Products and Courses are licensed to you and are not transferred to you as intellectual property. Your purchase grants you only the limited rights expressly provided under these Terms.
Access to Digital Products and Courses may require an internet connection, compatible device, active account and continued availability of the applicable platform or technology.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Digital Products and Courses are provided for your personal, non-commercial use for the applicable access period specified on the Website.
07Sketches may reasonably update, correct, modify or improve Digital Products and Courses, including to address errors, technical requirements, changes in applicable law or improvements to the Content.
Unless expressly stated at the time of purchase, purchase of a Digital Product or Course does not create an entitlement to lifetime access, future updates or uninterrupted availability.
22. ORDERS AND DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Orders for Physical Products are subject to availability and successful payment. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For international orders, applicable customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges shall be borne by you unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You should promptly notify 07Sketches of any damaged, defective or incorrect product received, in accordance with the applicable return and refund terms.
23. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the applicable refund and return terms displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of Digital Products, they may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.
Physical Products may be eligible for return, replacement or refund where permitted under the applicable return policy, including in cases of defective, damaged or incorrect products.
Any approved refund will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures.

Where a third party processes Personal Data on our behalf, such processing will be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
25. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
